Mission Statement

The mission of Colonial Baptist Church under the leadership of the Holy Spirit is to develop, minister, teach, witness and worship in order to bring honor and glory to the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe we can accomplish this mission by acknowledging Christ as our Lord, the Bible as our Authority, and by being empowered by the Holy Spirit. We further believe the Bible has God as its author, salvation as its end, and truth without error in its content.

In a world where there are many conflicting opinions about the answers to life and what is true, Colonial Baptist Church is a church that takes its stand on the Scriptures as the Word of God. Only then can we truly be "the pillar and ground of the truth" (1 Timothy 3:15). All of our ministries seek to honor God, value people and be true to the Bible.
